Cross-browser and cross-engine Narcissus parser.

• Currently supported:
  • Browsers: Firefox 3.6, Safari 4, Google Chrome 4, Opera 10.10.
  • Engine: Google V8 Engine
    • To run the test:
      d8 -e "load('from.js');from.req('test-narcissus-xengine.js');"
• Currently unsure: Rhino 1.6 (it runs, but the result cannot be proved right or wrong).
